Hi! We are Giulio Wilson and Lapo Tardelli and, along with our amazing team, we run an organic farm “Dalle Nostre Mani” in the heart of Tuscany and Pastamania, our cooking schools in Florence, Rome and Venice.

We produce olive oil and organic wines from ancient Tuscan vines. Giulio is a trained enologist and Italian singer, and Lapo, an agronomist and certified cheese taster. Since 2019, we’re hosting unique culinary and wine experiences.
